ABOUT
An engineer who has fixed processes from the inside
ATG Consulting was founded by Ben Sturgeon to give small businesses the kind of practical process support that is usually only available to large companies.
Meet Ben
Ben is a degree qualified engineer with a BEng (Hons) in Marine Technology from the University of Plymouth, and 14 years of experience across marine, electronic, design and agricultural engineering.
Most recently, as ERP Engineering Manager at an agricultural machinery manufacturer, Ben joined up engineering, purchasing, sales, stores, production and senior management. He led the move to a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, bringing the whole production lifecycle into one place and cutting duplicated work.
Ben has ten years of management experience and has trained and led teams of engineers. He now runs Apple Tree Group full time, and brings an engineer’s eye for detail and a plain English approach to every client.

We do not hand over a folder and disappear. We help your team keep using what we build.
